Automata is a digital investing app that gives anyone over 18, access to advanced investment solutions. Where can I sign up/connect to my Automata account?

You can connect to your Automata account via our smartphone app or at automata.live for our desktop version.

What deposit types do Automata accept?

Automata accepts all major currencies, as well as selected cryptocurrencies.

How old do I have to be to open an account?

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Automata.

Is Automata available to people outside of the UK?

Automata is currently available in The United Kingdom and European Union, with growth into other international markets scheduled.

How can I sign up?

Your money is automatically invested and managed through our engine according to your pre-set preferences. Everything concerning the investment strategy is fully managed by our intelligent investment engine, so once you’ve set up your account, you have nothing more to do..

What does opening a new account involve?

What’s the maximum amount I can invest at one time?

There is no limit to how much you can invest.

What’s the minimum amount of money I need to get started?

You can begin investing immediately from just £1.

Can I have two different profiles with Automata?

Each customer is limited to one profile to ensure that they are afforded optimal service. If you’re having problems with your account, you can support customer support at support@automata.live

Can I withdraw my money if I want to?

Yes, you can withdraw your money at any time, with no fees. Withdrawal options include:

  • - Credit card
  • - Transferring investments to an account at a different firm, and
  • - By linking a bank account to make cash deposits and withdrawals.

Can I sign up for an account on the Automata website?

Is investing risky ?

Yes, all investing carries an element of risk, but Automata lets you choose the level of risk you’re comfortable to take.
Your profile lets you choose from a 'cautious' (low-risk) approach, to a more 'adventurous' (high-risk) approach. We also build you a diversified investment plan, meaning we don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Instead, we spread your investments across a number of different assets and markets.. That way, you’re not relying on one particular ‘basket’ to get a return on your investment. Spreading (or diversifying) your risk is generally accepted as the most sensible way to invest.
